Stunning and upright in form, lauterbachiana is one of the easiest alocasias to grow. The tall, slender, deep green leaves have wavy edges with contrasting purple undersides and stems. It makes a beautiful interior foliage plant or a dramatic focal point on a patio. A little direct light is helpful as well as warm temperatures. Dryness between waterings helps keep the root system healthy.
