Hoya parasitica × pachyclada is a hybrid that blends the smooth, elongated leaves of H. parasitica with the thick, rounded, succulent foliage of H. pachyclada. The result is a compact, tidy plant with firm leaves, strong peduncles, and reliable blooming once established.

🌱 Care Requirements (Yakima indoor conditions)

  • Light needs — Bright indirect light; morning sun is ideal. Too much direct sun can yellow the leaves.

  • Watering — Allow the top 50–70% of the mix to dry. This hybrid tolerates slight drought thanks to its pachyclada parentage.

  • Humidity — 50–60% preferred; stable humidity encourages peduncle formation.

  • Soil — Chunky, fast‑draining mix: orchid bark + perlite + coir.

  • Fertilizer — Balanced fertilizer every 2–3 weeks during active growth; reduce in winter.
